Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return most unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective items to Renuar.

To begin your return through the Renuar Returns Portal:

1. Visit the Renuar Returns Portal and follow the instructions.
   
2. Print your return shipping label and return invoice.
   
3. Pack the item or items securely in their original condition and include the printed return invoice.
   
4. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and send it to us.
   

To avoid shipping complications, please remove or completely cover any previous shipping or tracking labels on the package.

We offer free returns for eligible orders shipped within Canada and the United States.

Please note:

• All items being returned from the same order must be included in a single return request.
• Additional return requests for the same order may be subject to a $15 handling fee.
• Items purchased from an independent Renuar retailer are not eligible and must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.

Renuar accepts most eligible unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective items for return.

The following items are not eligible for a standard refund:

• Merchandise purchased at a discount of 30% or more
• Merchandise marked as final sale
• Items purchased through a retailer
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags
  
• Clearance items discounted by 60% or more are considered final sale. Where applicable, they may be eligible for an exchange in a different size or for store credit.

Yes. Renuar will issue a refund for accepted returns received within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Although your return may be processed sooner, please allow up to two weeks from the date we receive your package for the return to be completed.

Once your refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team to return or exchange eligible merchandise received as a gift within 30 days of the original purchase.

Accepted gift returns will be reimbursed in the form of Renuar store credit once the unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise has been received and inspected.

We recommend reporting damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
